With this mindset, we decided to take an ambitious and strategic step: to implement four certifications simultaneously — each reflecting our values, responsibilities, and the demands of the sectors in which we operate.

  • ISO 9001 – Quality
  • ISO 27001 – Information Security
  • ISO 14001 – Environment
  • NP 4552 – Work-Life Balance (Professional, Personal, and Family)

More than an internal goal, this initiative also responds to the expectations of our clients and partners — many of whom operate in highly regulated sectors such as banking, technology, and critical services. We aim to provide concrete assurance that we operate with the highest standards of security, quality, and responsibility.

What did we gain from this process?

These certifications brought structure, focus, and a direct impact on the way we serve our clients:

  • Information Security (ISO 27001): In a context where we handle sensitive data and critical systems — especially in the financial sector — we strengthened controls, policies, and practices that ensure the protection, confidentiality, and integrity of our clients’ information.
  • Quality (ISO 9001): We standardized and optimized processes, increasing consistency and predictability in service delivery — which is essential for those who trust Aubay as a technology partner.
  • Sustainability (ISO 14001): We incorporated environmental criteria into our operations, aligning with the growing concern of our clients for responsible and conscious practices.
  • Work-Life Balance and Well-being (NP 4552): We foster a healthy and motivating environment for our teams — because we believe that balanced teams deliver better results and ensure greater continuity in our clients’ projects.

A structured process, with the right support

Pursuing four certifications simultaneously required organization, strategic vision, and strong engagement across the entire organization. The key stages included:

  • Initial diagnosis to identify gaps and priorities
  • Definition and formalization of policies and procedures aligned with the standards
  • Training and active involvement of teams
  • Preparation for internal and external audits
  • Consolidation and achievement of all certifications

On this journey, we had the technical support of Strongstep, who helped us structure and accelerate the process, ensuring that each step was effective and results-driven.
